The Asian Pacific American Women's Leadership Institute (APAWLI) is a national, nonprofit organization dedicated to nurturing and further developing the leadership skills of successful Asian American and Pacific Islander women leaders. Since 1996, AA/PI women leaders have participated in this year-long Fellowship Program that provides comprehensive training in three, one-week sessions. These sessions, scheduled throughout the year in different U.S. cities, combine guest speakers, interactive activities, readings, and other learning tools into an experience that provides participants with new information, skills and a better understanding of self.
